- Establishing contact and developing relationships with clients and recommending solutions.
- Identifies improvements or new suggessions by analysing current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
