We are looking for an accountant with experience in procurement to manage and maintain the company budget; and supply products and services essential for our company’s operations.

Tasks •Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries. •Documents financial transactions. •Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. •Administering payrolls •Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing documents. •Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing. •Track purchase orders until they are closed. •Deal with customs when shipments arrive in Qatar. •Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications. •Develop and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing, goods or services and maintaining stock levels. •Creating and maintaining a filing system •The current initiation phase of the company may require occasional duties outside the mentioned tasks. Early joiners will get priority advancement as the company grows, in accordance with their performance. Skills •People Person and good at networking, •Superior Organizational Skills •English reading, speaking and writing English skills. •Good working knowledge of various computer applications and programs such as word and excel.
