Our collection agency is one of the leading agencies in the Middle east with an enviable reputation for job satisfaction and career opportunities. A Collection Officer/Telecaller (Male/Female) for the same is urgently needed for Doha, Qatar.

 

RESPONSIBILITES

• To ensure debts collected within the shortest time possible.
• Manage monthly collection target set and follow up on past due via reminders and notices.
• Handling Inbound/Outbound calls with customers on invoice disputes and notices.
• Regular updation of debt collection action.
• Establishes and maintains computerized records for each client or account.
• Prepares reports and correspondence related to collections, status of accounts and payments records.
• Increase the recovery opportunities by persuading the defaulters and making them agree to negotiation / settlement agreements.
• Maintain adequate level of provision in the account by debarring its further downgrading and deterioration.

 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• A minimum of 2 years banking experience in collections, credit and structuring, credit administration, and trade finance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective negotiator.
• Positive work attitude, hardworking and diligence.
• Ability to interact at all levels within and outside the organization.
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field.

3500 to 4000 + Transportation+Incentives
