We are searching for a reliable self-starter to be our new Kids Event Coordinator. The party planner’s responsibilities include receiving clients’ online application orders and apply their needs and budget.

 

To be successful as a kids Event Coordinator, you should be passionate about entertaining kids and coordinating social events. Outstanding candidates are network-savvy, resilient, flexible, and able to function under pressure.

 

Kids Event Responsibilities:

·        Monitor, receive, and review all the events online orders and coordinate with the staff, vendors, and third parties

·        Schedule event orders and conduct proper planning

·        Developing timeframes, checklists, and delegating tasks to the relevant parties

·        Discussing and confirm with the clients and confirming all event details

·        Conducting research, which may include sending emails, searching online, and making phone calls to ensure professional service delivery and a memorable event

·        Hire part time freelancers to operate the mascots

·        Manage the event directly in the event location to make sure that the plan is applying in the highest level of quality and clients’ satisfaction

·        Send the orders to the third parties on time and make sure they will deliver on time and under the company standard and quality requirements.

·        Conduct weekly accounting report to the third party, check and confirm the orders they provided, and issue their weekly payment

·        Ensuring all food, drinks, chairs, tables, and decorations are delivered and set up on time

·        Monitoring clients’ confirmations and cancellations and answering any queries

·        Notifying clients of any changes or problems as soon as possible

·        Staying current on all the latest design and party trends

·        Creating a portfolio of all events planned and collecting photos, videos, and testimonials from satisfied clients

·        Inform clients with the rejected orders which we are not be able to apply 

·        Purchase event products and material make sure everything ready before the event

·        Upload all the images of our products and our third parties’ products online, and update the prices

·        Continuous improvement with the best trend entertainment that the kids like these days.

Desired Skills & Experience

Kids Event Requirements: · 3 years experience in kids event management. You must prove your previous experience · Very kids oriented and must like and dealing with the kids and have the skills to bring the best joy time for them · Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills. · Superb networking skills, customer service, and negotiation tactics. · Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to function under pressure. · A valid driver’s license is pulse
