Description

This requirement is for a very big and reputed FMCG company mainly dealing with non food products. We prefer hard working , smart, well educated (MBA preferred), good with MS Excel and team player. We need people with very strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and a strong command on english language will be an added advantage.

 

The job scope is the following:

 

1. Preparation of all claims to the principal.

2. Submission of claims to the principal and following up with the principals for their various requirements in terms of supporting documents.

 

3. Go for market visits and prepare the competition report on competition's activities and send to the Trade Marketing Manager.

 

4. Keep track of spendings and accruals of the various spending buckets of the Trade Marketing Team.

 

5. Report the variations and anamolies to the Trade Marketing Manager in the fund usage by the sales vs the fund allocated to them.

 

6. Keep track of trade spending by the sales team.

 

7. Support the Trade Marketing Manager in preparation of reports.
