We are looking for a talented and ambitious Social Media Intern with a natural entrepreneurial spirit who wants to gain professional experience in an online start-up. We are a marketing suite that helps local businesses gain exposure to and attract new customers by offering them a permanent online and mobile storefront. 

The Social Media Intern will oversee strategies to develop and promote the company’s social media pages.

Job responsibilities include:

• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers
• Oversee daily posting and engagement across social channels
• Monitor, listen and respond to users on all social media platforms
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
• Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Instagram, Google+, and YouTube pages)
• Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
• Promote company’s deals on appropriate channels and social media groups
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* Must have completed or is working towards a Bachelor’s Degree. * Must be proficient in Arabic. * Must have some experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite. * Must possess excellent communication and written skills. * Must be results oriented and be able to work independently and with a team.
