Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, cold calling, and other methods.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business prospects.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and oversee strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with both client expectations and company objectives.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (such as marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance metrics to monitor and achieve targets.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and use client feedback to drive product development and customer service improvements.
Desired Skills & Experience
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in Epoxy & Waterproofing.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
