Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the epoxy and waterproofing markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and offer tailored product solutions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's epoxy and waterproofing product lines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and new product developments.
- Customer Service:
- Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support to clients, including troubleshooting, warranty claims, and follow-ups.
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in epoxy, waterproofing, construction chemicals, or related industries.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of epoxy coatings, waterproofing systems, and their applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
