My name is Adhila. After 6 years of working directly with people in diverse professional settings, I am seeking to leverage my experience in Project Coordination and Document Controlling.
Ideally, this position will allow me the opportunity to utilize my experience gained in various Companies.
My core strengths include, but are not limited to the following:
• Developing and Maintaining a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department.
• Submittal preparation as per requirement.
• Support the officers and project team in daily admin roles and assist to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
• Having an approachable and professional manner always
• Able to work hard and willing to manage and support the entire team
