I have been performing both pre-contract & post-contract and have vast knowledge related to the field. Capable of IPA, IPC, take off, BOQ preparation, Variation, Cost estimation, Operating Maximo IBM application, communicating and managing efficiently with Consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project runs efficiently within budget and time. Having sound knowledge in FIDIC, CESMM, POMI, SLS 573, NRM 1, and NRM 2 and Use of innovative software solutions, AutoCAD, Plan swift, and MS office.
