MCSE certified Technical Support Egg / Desktop Support / IT coordinator with strong IT Support & Security systems background. 10 + Years of rich experience in desktop support service, IT projects deployment, Vendor Co-ordination, Installation, commissioning and documentation with midsized and large sized clients in India and UAE
  
 Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.  Windows Servers / desktop, Telephone systems and network infrastructure deployment, trouble shooting and technical support  Proficient in IT Service Delivery Management involving IT and Network Operations, centrally coordinated User Access Management and monitoring of Devices, Links, and Services etc.  Configuration and Administration of Windows 2008/12 Server with AD Services ,VPN ,Firewalls , MS Exchange Online 365   Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all Microsoft OS Platforms   Design, Installation and monitoring CCTV, Access Control devices  Design, Installation /troubleshooting of Structured cabling networks  Server room / Datacenter rack maintenance and labeling  Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance and remedial Repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals  Inventory Management   Vendor Coordination
