Currently I am working as a Planning Engineer at Al Udeid Airbase, Al Udeid, Qatar. Throughout my career, I have handled the planning department for various multimillion-dollar projects and gained valuable experience in project planning, cost estimation, and control in various industries, including Infrastructure, roads, industrial, residential, and commercial buildings. I am confident in developing and implementing effective project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Strong background in creating comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, setting milestones, and allocating resources efficiently.
• Collected progress information from different departments and monitored it by updating the program.
• Profound knowledge of project management software Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Preparation of resource and cost-loaded planning schedules and resource histograms for manpower, and material requirement
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports;
• Identifying Schedule variances of project status against the Project Baseline;
• Preparing forecast for Manpower, material, etc;
• Preparing reports as advised by Senior Management; and additional activities as dictated by the reporting Managers.
