Possessing 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor respectively 4.5 years in Tender/Estimation & Procurement Department of Tashgeel Engineering and Project Management WLL (Qatar) where I am working in the position of quantity surveyor cum procurement officer and 3 years in Cost Consultancy Services (Sri Lanka) where I worked as project quantity surveyor cum engineering consultant quantity surveyor. I am responsible for pricing the tenders, request for quotations, evaluating the quotations, preparing price comparisons, issuing the purchase orders, work orders, letter of intents for sub-contractors, preparing sub contractual agreements, evaluating the monthly progress bills of site(s), preparing the payment certificates for sub-contractors/ suppliers, preparing cost analysis reports. 

I am a B.Sc holder (B.Sc in Quantity Surveying, CIOB, United Kingdom), an accomplished communicator, with excellent organizational, decision making, and time management skills and have a proven track record of consistently meeting and regularly surpassing demanding performance goals.
