Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Ensuring project deadlines are met.Determining project changes.Providing administrative support as needed.Undertaking project tasks as required.Developing project strategies.Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.Supervision of QA/QC Department personnel in their daily given taskPrepare Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Project Specific Quality Plan, forms/checklists and related procedures. Responsible for the implementation of Project quality system and quality control Internal and Independent Laboratory Tests reports are monitored and verified to meet the contract requirements, and submit it on time to General Contractor/Consultant for review and approval. Ensure control of all inspection activities on site, and Inspection Requests are regularly administered.  Monitor all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.  Report and Issue Non Conformance Reports, ensure its closing-out, and follow up the implementation of the corrective and preventive action stated. Responsible in monitoring that the approved qa/qc procedures, method statements, ITP, QA Plans are understood and implemented by Quality Control Engineers/Inspectors and Lab technicians.Specialized in Precast Concrete Elements Quality implementation.Has been part of many Prestigious Projects in QatarCurrent, Handled and Finished Projects as Site & QA/QC ENGINEER Ø  Msheirib Downtown Doha Project (Phase 3) under OBH-HBK JVØ  Design and Build Lusail Palaces under UCCØ  G-102-01 (790DBBC) Army Camp under UCCØ  Proposed Arms and Ammunition Store for Military Police and Special Force for QAF under Al Seal ContractingØ  Four Seasons Hotel under Al Seal ContractingØ  Satellite Station Unit for Technical Affair at Duhailiyat Camp for QAF under Al Seal ContractingØ  Precast Foul Sewer and Surface Water Manholes under Qatar Building CompanyPMP CertifiedISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor;Qatar Driver's License Holder
