2. HVAC works, DOAS, AHU, FCU, BCU, MAU, VRF (Troubleshooting, PPM, CM)
3. Electrical Works, PLC, VFD, LCP, MCP,  Three Phase Motor Control works DOL, Start Delta, F&R, (Troubleshooting, PPM, CM)
4. Diesel and gas generator Works, (operating, PPM),
5. Fire fighting work. Diesel, electrical and jockey Pump, (Testing, PPM, CM)
