 Indian Male with a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA.

I have over 12 years of experience in facilities maintenance and MEP projects, including installation, testing, commissioning reports, and design. With extensive project management experience, I have effectively determined project responsibilities, managed P&L targets, and optimized cost-effectiveness by overseeing contractor bids and maintaining project schedules.

My hands-on skills include conducting asset inspections, preparing detailed condition assessment reports, and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards. I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams through MEP modifications, developed hazard registers to minimize risk, and managed budgets while preparing HSE documents.

I am very familiar with schematic and shop drawings, BOQs, quotations, monthly reports, and submittal documents. I am proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.

I hold a valid Qatar driving license and UPDA-C engineering license, and I have an NOC for transferring my visa.
