- A UPDA registered and licensed Filipino Civil Engineer with TWENTY THREE (23) years plus continuous actual experiences in different facets of civil engineering construction activities specifically on building structures.
- Worked as Site Construction Manager, as Sr. Site Civil Engineer, as Sr. Civil Inspector, as structural inspector, as Project Engineer, as QA/QC engineer, as Civil Engineer, as Office Engineer, and as Site Engineer.
- Projects implemented ranges from small to high-rise structures which include residential buildings, commercial buildings, towers, parking areas, schools, churches, labour camps, and other similar building structures.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable with some of the software like Microsoft Office and Auto Cad. Eight (8) years cumulative experience in Civil Auto Cad operation (Both for Civil and Architectural drafting plans).
