(Hons) in Civil Engineering, Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying additional skill knowledge of Primavera, AutoCAD, CCS CANDY & MS Office with more than 12 years (7 years in Qatar) excellent experience in Building Construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with reputed organizations in Sri Lanka and Qatar.

And my major scope of duties and responsibilities are as follows;

ü  Preparation of BOQ, estimation a, nd pricing activities

üCalculate rates based on cost related to materials, labor, tools & machinery and overheads, and profit for different activities in projects.

ü  Preparation of prequalification documents

ü  Tender documents preparation & submission

ü  Preparation of monthly Payment Application

ü  Check subcontractor payment application and issuing payment certificate.

ü  Preparation of shop drawings for Civil & interior Works

ü  Preparation of Variation Orders & Claims

ü  Calculate Quantities for various project requirements.

ü  Preparation of various types of project reports as per company management requirements.

ü  Preparation of monthly progress invoices.

ü  Takeoff quantities for various project requirements.

ü  Attending meetings as per requirements
