I have been working in Qatar for 7 years on Maintenance Project. Some of projects are:

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Asset Management.
· Managing Budget and implementing cost control effective method.
· Reviewing specialized subcontractor quotation and contract.
· Estimation for Corrective action or renovation.
· Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources.
· Inspecting all the facility management requirement in all the projects such as Maintenance, Security, Cleaning, Safety, Waste Management, Accommodation, Pest Control, Landscaping, and Administration in all company sites.
· Preparing scope of work for subcontractors.
· Handling renewal of contracts of all site by reviewing price and scope of work.
· Attending QCDD inspection.
· Inspecting qualities of work performed by team on their respective sites.
· Inspecting all aspects of safety during ongoing work, if found breaching reporting it to site manager for further action.
· Preparing inspection report and submitting it to site manager and following up for required action.
· Attending Meeting with all site managers in order to know the status of site.
· Reviewing material request by site in charge.
· Preparing Facility manuals and procedures and implementation in all projects.
· Inspecting the condition of shops for all assets which is maintained by themselves.
· Managing MEP system installation and Trouble shooting and leading the technical team.
· Schedule carry out and ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as planned.
· Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optional use of manpower and resources.
· Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specific service level agreements.
· Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates.
· Comply with KPI’s and SLA’s (Preparation of SLA as per client and site requirements).
· Procurement management plant and Effective cost control.
· Proposing and implementation of Green building thoughts and initiatives.
· Direct co-ordination with specialist subcontractor to ensure the delivery of agreed services.
· Facilitating the MOI and Civil Defense Inspection.
· Operation and maintenance of Pool filtration, sauna, steam bath systems.
· Operation and maintenance of SMDB, MCC, DP.
· Operation and maintenance of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS).
· Leading Emergency Evacuation team.
· Overall Supervision of Soft and Hospitality Services.
· Conducting Toolbox talk.
· Preparation and submission of Different report to clients such as Monthly, weekly, Incident etc.
