·       Ability to draft Planning Package as per requirement in line with Contract.

·       Developing project Schedules required for Proposals & Contracts.

·       Produce Schedule Key performance indicators(KPI’s)

·       Monitoring and executing the EPC Projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time over-runs to ensure the timely execution of the projects

·       Conducting cost benefit analysis of projects including feasibility studies, assessment of requirements, etc.

·       Preparing Project Schedule using Primavera (P6) and implementing Management Reporting Systems

·       Drafting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports encompassing the project progress

·       Developing Progress Measurement System (Level IV) and implementing various project activities

·       Handling proposals & claims with substantiation, extra-work, claims, time extension claims and bill certifications

·       Conducting price negotiations & quote analysis, preparing of purchase orders and expediting the materials

·       Ensuring effective resource utilization to maximize the output

·       Overseeing technical / commercial bid evaluation for project materials

·       Planning material and ensuring timely procurement of materials at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects

·       Ability to take responsibility next to RE/Construction Manager for the completion of project
