Description

Previously, I have been working as a Tendering officer and Quantity surveyor for Macmet Al khaleej constructions (pvt) ltd- Qatar, having experience in the construction industry for more than 7 years. Additionally, I have been attending the client meetings representing the company, dealing with clients, coordinating the site works, preparation of tender (Commercial and Technical bid) until the submission, administering the contracts as well checking and supervising the procurement works, planning and scheduling, and tracking the project schedules etc.

I have completed BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying awarded by the Birmingham City University (UK) & have completed the Higher National Diploma in Quantity surveying awarded by the Cardiff Metropolitan University - UK with 1st Class Honor. Furthermore, I have been awarded as the best presenter of the year at the 2021 Annual International Research Symposium (AIRS2021) under Engineering and Construction category and have published in their article in 2022. Throughout my career I have worked as a pre & post contract quantity surveyor in the civil construction works as well as civil associated works for Electrical, Mechanical, & Plumbing work, Including fit-out works, infrastructure works and MEP. I have thorough knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Packages, Planswift, CostX, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Furthermore, I am familiar with contractual obligations under FIDIC 2017, JCT16, NEC3, Qatar General Conditions of Contract and Standard Bidding Document (SBD-1, 2, & 3). As well as SMM7, CESMM3, CESMM4, POMI, and NRM2 with Qatar Standards.
