 Service Delivery Experience

• Gather project requirements from business, understand and define solution
• Participate in exhibition and demonstrations of products (ERP)
• plan, prepare and Conduct Train the trainer program
• Participate in the definition of business scope of the project or CR and liaison between clients business
• Fully Implement ERP system at client side
• Create High Level Needs document, Requirement Document, Project status reports, Business Process documents etc.
• Work closely with project managers, solution architects and principal consultants to recommend appropriate project deliverables.
• Responsible for getting sign offs for all the deliverables
• Pre-Go-Live, Go- Live and Post-Go-Live support for end users
• Work closely with QA team to ensure bug free releases
• Factory acceptance testing and Test Case preparation
• Oracle discoverer report creation
• Reports and template creation or design using third party software’s
