Seeking a career as a Quantity Surveyor where I can use my 5 years of expertise working in Qatar to guarantee the reliability of the MEP, Infra Roads and Highways, ITS and Traffic Signal from April 2019 to March 2024.

WORKING EXPERIENCE 

§  Lighting, Power, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PAVA), Access Control System (ACS), Nurse Call System (NCS), Master Clock, Emergency Light, BMS, Audio Visual System and Structured Cabling System             (Aug 2023 to Jun 2024 – Al-Muftah Interior for Contracting)

§  Network-ITS (LAN & WAN Fibre Optic 96C, Fibre Optic 24C, 12C Drop SMFO, Cat6A, Cat6 and RS485)

§  Traffic Signal, Road Sign-DMS, SDMS, LCS, WIM, OVDS, RWIS, LPR, ANPR, RVD-Radar, PTZ Camera, AID Camera, B.Camera, Red Light Violence Camera and CCTV (Outdoor and Indoor).                                            

§  Power Cable (Electrical)-ITS and Street Lights (Substation, HV, MV, LV, Service Cabinet, Feeder Pillar & Power Cable Calculations for Existing & Proposal)

§  Express Highway, Service Roads, Bridges, Underpass, Manholes, Interlock, Kerbstone, Road Marking, DC & IC chamber, Duct Laying and Dry Utilities. (RLVC Camera)

§  Car Park Shades, Car Parking Management System, Wheel Stopper, Speed Humps, Lighting Bollard and Protection Bollard.

And all the projects indicated under Ashghal (PWA), MOI, HMC and Kahramaa.

 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Quantity Surveyor

§  Take off quantities from either drawings or the model.

§  Design or Drafting experience with AutoCAD.

§  Knowledge about Pre and Post contract.

§  Help develop quantity tracking items that will be identifiable construction

§  Sub-contractor payment management and analysis.

§  Lead in the preparation of variation orders and supporting documents.

§  Preparing the materials, equipment and labour costs. (Rate Analysis)

§  Reading skill of drawings model (IFC or Reference design, Preliminary Design, Detailed design, Shop drawing and Schematic diagrams)

§  Preparing the material submittal, method statement and WIR or RFI

§  Measure value of work done at the site.

§  Preparing interim payment application (IPA) after completion of inspection.

§  Reviewing monthly Interim Payment Certificate and preparation of Final Account.
