OUTLETS AND IN MANUFACTURING UNITS ALSO.
RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYROLL(ATTENDANCE, OT AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT) OF OVERALL EMPLOYEES/ASSOCIATES IN QATAR
MASTER IN WPS (WAGES PROTECTION SYSTEM), SIF AND CSV FILES.
ISSUING WORK VISA, BUSINESS AND VISIT VISA, EXIT PERMIT, RP RENEWAL, HEALTH
RENEWAL, MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, ISSUING RP THROUGH SMART CARD AND METRASH 2 .
HANDLING AND COORDINATING WITH PRO'S FOR ALL TYPES LEGAL ISSUES.
RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERALL LABOUR RELATED ISSUES.
RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERALL MAINTENANCE WORK OF ALL OFFICES, OUTLETS,
MANUFACTURING UNITS AND LABOUR ACCOMMODATIONS.
RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THE ASSETS(FURNITURE, COMPUTER, LAPTOP AND PRINTER ETC.)
9. RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVE SETTLEMENT AND FINAL SETTLEMENT.
10.COORDINATING WITH BANK FOR THE PAYCARD ISSUANCE AND PAYCARD RELATED ISSUES.
11.COORDINATING WITH TELECOM COMPANY FOR NEW CONNECTIONS AND EXISTING CONNECTIONS.
12.OTHER WORK LIKE EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL, INCREMENT AND PROMOTION ETC.
