Description
Handling process of Administration, Procurement, Project Sales Department in system.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to all respective Departments.Handling projects management, including project planning, Process Work breakdown structure, project budgeting, resource management, project accounting, time and expense tracking, and project billing.Handling Procurement & Source management Module, including from Purchase requisition, Purchase order to payments to pay.Handling Sales & Marketing management Module, including from Sales quotation, Sales order to payment to received.Working on inventory management and stock taking in system.Coordinating with Sales and Finance department in the reconciliation of customer account statement.Providing Training to the new user related to our internal working process.
