Description

Responsible to provide effective service to Building Management Monitoring.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Automation System such as HVAC system(AHU, Package Units, VRV, FAHU ,Exhaust fans) and Pumps
Installation of field sensors for HVAC, Pumps, CO sensors.
Troubleshooting, testing and Maintenance activities of sensors such as DPS, Temperature sensor, Damper actuator, Ultrasonic level sensor, Liquid static pressure sensor, CO sensor, water level switch.
BACnet Network configuration and troubleshooting.
Operation and Maintenance of third party devices such as Lighting control, Duct heaters and Fire alarm system with BMS.
Operation and Maintenance of Access Control System, CCTV, Public Address System.
Troubleshooting and clearing the communication errors occurs in DDC Controllers.
Testing of MSTP cables and cat6 cables in controllers.
Testing of BACnet cables.
Prepare Asset survey reports, data and sheet for solving maintenance related problems & daily/weekly/monthly inspections
Perform PPM Activities between every 2 months and make report to the superior.
Closing of PM and CM work orders and provide proper report to the client.
Provide close coordination and interface with Site Engineers.
