Human Resources leader with eight years of extensive and progressive administrative and management experience overseeing 300+ military members, which includes but not limited to training, employee relations, counseling, benefits management, team building, workforce diversity and group leadership. Meeting the operational and financial goals of a progresssivley dynamic and challenging dynamic is my forte.
Responsibilities include communicating with executive officers and battalion level officers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Individually responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs for company .Also includes an in-depth knowledge of employment laws including EEO, OSHA, COBRA and ADA.
