TOJO MATHEW Executive Biography A dynamic and customer focused professional, Tojo is recognised for delivering outstanding patient care under supervision of dentists. With a smile on his face and zeal to help, he has consistently ensured patients are informed and comfortable during various dental procedures. A master fixer, he tackles challenging solutions head on and approaches each new challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving and measured risk-taking to drive consistent improvements. A commerce graduate, Tojo has completed his Diploma in Dental mechanics from Vinayaka Mission Sankarachariya Dental College in 2002. During his course, he started working with them to gain hands on experience and hone his technical skills. He went on to work with prestigious organizations like Valakuzhy Dental Clinic, National Institute of Dental Technology, Pushpagiri Medical College and with Hamad Medical Cooperation Qatar as Dental Technician. He is also trained on Basic Life Support. Across his rich career of 12+ years, he has gained proficiency in constructing prostheses to correct dental irregularities, by following doctor’s prescriptions. Hands on experience in making models of the mouth and teeth from impressions of the patient’s mouth taken by the dentist. From this he builds wax replicas of part or whole mouth on the model. He has assisted doctors in various dental procedures like removal of partial and complete dentures, rebasing & relining, denture repair work and transition dentures. He is also proficient in metal polishing and finishing the appliances prior to being placed in patient’s mouth by the dentist. Tojo also ensured all documentation related to patient reports, records and logs is documented and updated. He is also skilled in performing selected administrative duties that assist in the delivery of primary health care. A glimpse in his professional journey demonstrates a proven track record of interacting with clients and specialists to understand patient service required and delivering them in a safe and comfortable manner. A sought after technician as he responds to all patient queries and concerns in a calm and professional manner to ensure patient is at ease during the procedure. Proficient in handling predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance while ensuring conformance to environment and quality standards. He is well versed in identifying the areas of risks/ breakdown and repairing equipments to ensure smooth operations. Tojo also assists doctors in cost effective purchase of material supplies including different shades of tooth, self cure and hot cure liquids.
