Is 3500 USD (12740 QAR) sufficient for 2 people in Qatar?

I have been offered a job from Bin Omran Group for which they are offering 3500 USD per month lumpsum(approx. 12740 QAR?)+ Car+ Health Insurance. I would like to know, is it really sufficient for two people (me and my wife) to shift from India and stay in Qatar? Is there any scope for savings?

Salary is O.K neither more nor less. But the thing is Bin Omran is a well established company and they have long term projects on hand. Best of luck
