Dear Friends/ Sirs,

One of My Friend working in doha from last 8 years. this company Not Providing any Ticket for any labors. and how many years you are working in that company also they not providing Gratuity. and even except Eid Holidays and Fridays they will not given any rest day or Holiday. my question is
01) How he can get Gratuity ( If he go to Qatar Labour Court they will send it to High court and from High Court it will take one year or More)?
02) after 8 years finish he cannot get release?
03) as per the Qatar Labour Law how much he entitle for Gratuity ( Assume his basic Salary 3000QR)?

So can any one help me on this regards.

He has nothing to lose by going and complaining at the Labor office. Upon learning of his complaint, his company may pay him just to silence him and get rid of him. Speak up or nothing changes.
