Actual Cost of a Living in Doha
Can someone kindly help me out with teh cost of living in Doha. Basically wanted to know what would be the ideal cost for a single person with a decent 1 bedroom accommodation and a very decent lifestyle and a decent car would cost. What are the other peripherals of cost needed to be accounted for living there. Can a single guy always eat out or what would be cost of groceries, electricity, water and average maintenance of a single person. And kindly add the same if having a spouse as well what would be the cost. I would sincerely appreciate anyone who could help me with this. Would really appreciate the Great Help. Thanks a TON
bincychris, actually cost of living in Qatar is changing much faster than can be reflected in QL, and 1-2 weeks old information does not match the reality anymore… Yesterday I was shocked when I paid for my little grocery almost TWICE AS MUCH as i used to pay before!... It is ridiculous, when for couple of juices, 4-5 cans of Ice Tea, few little yogurts, and 1 pound of bananas you are charged QR120!! Nonsense!
so, life in Doha is very expensive and cost of living keeps going up with the speed of light...
