Is Ajmal Kasab innocent or guilty of killing innocent peopel in Financial Capital of India or the main master minds who carried out this attacks should he responsible???

Indians said:
“The verdict was along expected lines. The court has declared him guilty,” said Chaggan Bhujbal, deputy chief minister of Maharashtra state of which Mumbai is the capital.
“It was a fair trial and the judgment makes it clear that Pakistan sponsored the people who wrought havoc on our land.”
Crowds gathered outside the courtroom, which was protected by armoured vehicles and snipers, for news of the much-awaited trial. Relatives spoke of their anguish and their expectations.
“You should understand our feelings. He should be punished immediately,” Kavita Karkare, the wife of a police official killed in the attacks, told CNN/IBN TV before the judgment.
“Kasab should be hanged to death and we should show no mercy to him,” Smita Salaskar, wife of another police officer killed during the attacks, told reporters.

Villagers of Kasab says:

“Look, don’t blame him. There is nothing wrong if he did it with good intentions against an infidel country like India,” said Amjad Ali, a 60-year-old farmer with white hair.
One student claimed Kasab was a childhood friend who was in a group that used to swim in Faridkot’s polluted canal and liked to throw other boys into the water.
He believes Kasab was brainwashed.
“Definitely, the (Mumbai) incident created a bad impression for Pakistan and especially Faridkot,” the student said.
He called for the massacre’s masterminds to be punished, and said it would be better if India extradited Kasab to Pakistan.

Agencies, Mumbai 2010, 'kasab guilty, Indians absolved', Gulf-times Qatar, 04 May., p. 23-24.

Very unfortunate despite ruling and verdict against him, as our judicial system is lengthy that minimum couple of years would take to punish him.

Mak.....this question is been asked by all Indian news channels, at facebook and various blogs but the verdict of common man is same!

whether kasab is guilty or not is anybodys guess, but onething is for sure that INDIANS DON'T HAVE B*LLS to break the jaw of those who show their teeth. how many more slaps can you take, shame on the g*ndus ruling our country. i am a muslim and i have concern for the our struggles, but i will not accept someone to enter my house and hit me.

A killer of 52 lives at CST, is found guilty and should be punished irrespective of whatever circumstances!

Before asking such questions...

just imagine if your father, mother, wife and children were travelling and met with such deadly incident!

Blindly firing and killing and injuring innocent human lives.....for WHAT and asking for mercy?
