I was going for vacation next week in the Philippines. i was planning to check-in 40 kilos. And im a bit confused regarding the allowed baggage. Is it the same as Qatar Airways,40kilos from doha-philippines.

And i didn't find any information regarding this.

United Airlines doesn't fly from Doha to the Philippines, it must be a codeshare. The carrier (probably QR) determines the weight.
