I have tried to ask around a few shops (Dubai Studios, Some shops around Sophitel, Some more shops on Matar Qadem). I am looking for a place to develop and print B/W film. Ideally I would like to have A3 size prints for some, but 4x6 prints would do for starters. Is there anybody who knows where this could be done in Doha?

FotoGulf near Sofitel. Alternatively use Ilfor XP2 film which can be processed as any colour film (C41) process.\

Try Al Maaref printing near Al Jaidah R/A. They do different kinds of printing jobs there.
