Hi,
I recently moved to a new house, But i had given my previous landlord 4000/- riyals cash as an advance payment. It has now been 3 months that he is refusing to give me the money back. He works in a well known Hospital and does this as a side business. He keeps avoiding my calls.. Last month he gave me a post dated check ..but that too was of a closed account! I really want to know of ways how to get my money back!! Please please help!!

My friend, cheque here is more then money, if its fake report this to Capital Police Station, rest they will take care, end of they day for sure you will get your money back.

you do not need to call him anymore, present that cheque to the police and he will be forced to pay or go to jail.

If he gave you a cheque for a closed account report it to the security deparment.
