Can i come back to qatar for work if leave my company??

Me working in a company in 5 years, but there are so many problems & they not paying well, i plane to go back to my country..but if i say them i will go with cancel they will make problem, so i have to go with vacational leave & don't come back. they not ready to give NOC or Release...so shall i come back to qatar before 2 years if i go..?? any options...?? workinvisa?? free visa or visit visa?? business visa??
if u cancel ur visa, u need an NOC to come back and work in qatar. if you r not gonna cancel then ur chances of entering qatar will be weak. better negotiate with ur company and ask for an NOC.
The ban depends on the ministry and ur company.....the minimum is 6 months to a maximum of 2 years.

to work in Qatar under ANY type of visa you will need a NOC from your company. There are no any other options.
