Can the municipality appoint staff to maintain the toilet in the park in West bay, zone 65, street no 860 ?

There is a nice new park with many play equipments for children in west bay area ( Zone 65, street no.860, street name Abeer ). Though toilets are built, due to non availability of cleaning staff, the toilets are locked and are not available for public. What a waste of public money !! Can the municipality or other authority who manages the parks attend to this urgently? Many families visit the park with children regularly. Can some one help in raising this matter with the authorities ?
