Can someone guide me to find a good lawyer?

I was born in Qatar but Ministry of Health is not issuing me a Birth Certificate. I have all the documents that show my birth place and first entry in my mom’s passport with my name. But still they are giving me very hard time. Since 2007, I’ve been trying to get my Birth Certificate but unsuccessful.

Can someone help me find a good lawyer to consult with?
I will highly appreciate it

What happened your birth certificate? When was your birth? I have been in Doha for more than 20 years and I know that they were issuing birth certificates with multiply copies.
