Its on Salwa Road towards BU Sidra( Towards KSA). From Ramada Signal proceed towards Salwa Road and after crossing the Safari HyperMarket round you wil find the CEID building on your right hand side. Before Exit no:15.

for finger print or case complain? you can also ask any traffic police in the street the exact location. I know 1 in abu hamour area.
