Cost of a 200 square meter villa
Hello
I'm a would-be expat looking to get a handle on villa rentals in Doha, and I'm about to drive myself absolutely crazy. I have been on gulf times and find it not useful because it gives no pictures - how can you shop for a villa without even seeing pictures? I have tried real estate sites, but dont know how updated they are, or how accurate they are.
Can someone PLEASE give me the truth on the following 3 questions?
1. How much will I fork out per month for a nice villa, 3-4 bedrooms, 200 square meters. Location ideally to be within a 15-20 minute drive of the Corniche/Sheraton Hotel area. Max 40 minute rush hour drive is my limit.
2. In your estimate, how much will this price increase over the next 3-4 years? Could it double? Is there a realistic chance of that, or is the Government stepping in (from what I hear) to put laws around rent (like Dubai)?
3. Anyone know of an updated, current site which shows lots of pics of the villas they advertise?
