Eid Holiday will be on 8th of Dec, the vacation up to your company but it must be 3 working days

Below are Public Holidays for the January 2008-December 2009 period.

2008

10 Jan Islamic New Year.

3 Sep Independence Day.

2 Oct Eid al-Fitr (End of Ramadan) (4 days).

9 Dec Eid al-Adha (Feast of the Sacrifice).

18 Dec National Day.

29 Dec Islamic New Year.

there is no "unified" Eid vacation for all, the government institutions have their own dates and banks have their own, and private sector also got it's own dates.

anyway, the "official" Eid dates are

Waqfa on December 7th (Sunday)

First Eid Day December 8th (Monday)

so you can expect a holiday from 7th to 10th or 11th

Eid Adha: 7,8,9 and 10

National Day: 18 (Thursday)

New year Hijriya (islamic new year): 28 (Sunday)

mostly adha holiday will starts on 5th (friday) and ends up on the 13th (saturday)

It's a Golden Month.... Yalla, Plan for some trips....

It's Eid from approx 8th December until 10th December + National Day on the 18th.

Whether you get time off or not is up to your Company
