Driving Schools fleecing ..
Whassup with the driving schools, most of them say they have a wait list of 2-3 months...but if you are willing to shell out 500 bucks extra(bribe), you can get started from the next day and a "guaranteed" pass in the tests.
I guess it happens everywhere...but can we complain to someone who can put an end to this..!!!

There is no waiting period in mowasalat driving school.They are very proffessional about driving. I am attending the short course there now.950QR for the 7 day course and some extra 600 for irregular timings.
....its a normal thing that is being practiced for years....btw....corruption is everywhere.
Dear i have full emphasizes with your aghast and you can call it corruption at its best.I guess you can bring this to the notice of top official of the school.I admire you as you are willing to fight back corruption,which very few do and i am afraid to say that i am one of them,I don't know your nationality,but i am an Indian and its my personal believe that we don't stand a chance against locals,so it would be waste of time,energy and end of the day you will lose your cool,get demoralized,which will effect your professional and personal life.
I do understand tolerating and bending down to corruption is as good as doing it,but this things are meant for idle world which we don't live in.Anyways down the line once i have the money to get a license and if come across the same,specially if paying 500qr more guarantees me license,sorry mate though you wont like but i wont even have a second thought on paying whatever extra money i will be ask for.It gos without saying that for we Indians Gcc driving license is as good as work permit and people like me who have moderate salaries and long working hours go through a night mare to obtain the license.So this kind of offer is a life line or a boon for us,though i honestly accept its wrong and kind of a sin,but more then anything our priority is to meet ends meal and do best to have better life for our family.
Sir,would you mind if i ask you to provide me the contact number of the person who can get me the license for some extra buck,as if i have a driving license my promotion is confirmed which will bring increment as well.
