The stuff is fresh and u can get deals over there on ground floor jewellery n mobile shops and upstairs clothes are also in great designs .... I don't know about other problems but I saw it functional last night .....I m really worried about hose shop owners now after reading this. May God help them in finding good solution soon

No way to get clearance certificate from civil defense for such a made place. nothing to blame the land lord, not a secure place to shop with. we should learn from villagio incident.

I am frequently visits this mall and as per my information, at the moment each and every shop owners and investors are trying to see this gentlemen to sort out their problems and recollect their security deposits, unfortunately nobody knows his whereabouts. Could you please reveal your identity and help out all the investors to meet Mr.Sajith , and gave an opportunity to this gentleman to explain the things in front of the Landlord. By doing this, this FORUM would worth to all.

Iam one of the shop owner in fashion Asia mall, actually, due to lack of civil defense approval only it has been closed, for last one year time Fashion Asia roaming behind landlord to obtain the approval from civil defense department, they got only temporary approval for one year, now landlord is trying keep all the tenants under him by giving wrong idea, and we got information from civil defense yesterday they have rejected request from the landlord for approval. Now he is trying to not repay the amounts, which Fashion Asia has paid to him, and then regarding Mr. Sajith, he is one and only person taking all the responsibility of tenants directly, until now he didn’t told anybody as other persons “I don’t know anything”, in my experience I got very gentle approach, according to my knowledge, Fashion Asia going to be replaced,
Subsequently, I request all to check the profile of author; he made this one only for the purpose of badmouthing, and don’t forget about cyber cell which is very active in Qatar.

The mall had a lot of empty shops still waiting to be occupied.I presume it is the high rent that has been keeping away potential businesses from operating there.Nothing to do with the food court though as generally, people would be content at eating at a clean,hygenic and affordable place.
A group had taken the mall on rent from the owner at a very high rate,they couldn't pay the agreed rent and their cheques bounced.The owner has now given it to another party, therefore some tenants who are not making money may leave and others may come.The parking is not big enough to support such a big place and also it has to advertised specially in Indian ,Pakistani and other subcontinent nationalities.
It needs advertisements and product promotion at first to be noticed. And put well known restaurants or establishments. The mall is good location, parking is good as well.

I personnelly went and met the srilankan manager to advice him with my limited knowledge but he refused and said they have some cluster concept ....

It had to close one day due to lack of customers.
the food court must have a well known fast food restaurant so the mall can attract more coustomers
