one of my friend has been terminated without any reason from her company after the service of 14 years. She is a Lady. She is the supporting the family. If she goes and request for the NOC from the labor dept can do they anything with regards to this, B coz company dosent wanted to gv NOC. Thers no any bad record or any cases for the lat 14 years. If she goes to the labour will the company can cancel her grativity , and her end of service brnifits. please need a urgent a answer. Because they will cancel her visa

her company can't deprive her off her gratuity or end of service money.

but if the company won't give a NOC, there's nothing she can do but leave for 2 years.
