I get an offer with Qatar Airways,they sent me an email told me that i'm accepted,need wait 2-3 weeks for the formal written,i no understand this part exactly,what i expect in next 2-3 weeks,a visa? or just more steps to do it? and what about Accommodation,how is it? and thanks

After 2 to 3 weeks as stated by HR, You will receive Offer Letter, Once you sign & return back the offer letter within the time limit mentioned in the offer letter, then only your Work Visa would be processed...

QA accommodation fairly depends on ur grade and profession.

If you are single they will give a shared accommodation.
