how do i get a nursing job..or at least anything related to it?

i'm an RN with 1 year of experience. buth the NHA would only issue a DENTAL ASSISTANT license unless i have 3 years experience. problem is, hospitals only accept nurses with qatar nurse license. if anyone knows where or how i should start, please tell me.. i've tried applying in evry clinic and hospital i know. but they just wont seem to respond..

Goodluck but I do not think you will get a nurses job without a nursing licence to work here. To work in a hospital or a clinic they all require a nursing licence.
