Me and my husband are considering movng to Qatar. Please can you give us an advise on how much we would have to spend on house, car, food, phone, internet,... per month so that we can decide if the offer is reasonable. Shortly how much should my husband get paid to live calmly in Qatar?

If you scroll down the QL page there is a section called "Guide to Qatar" - click on Sample Budget. Also, in reply to your previous thread - I think someone mentioned that there is going to be a German School in Doha (ask the Embassy when you arrive). You might find work there, if you're looking.
