My brother is going on vacation this april, they bought two way ticket at their own expense... suddenly got a problem between the company and him.. until now there is no memo or letter coming from them? he is a bit worried bcoz 6 days from now he'll leaving qatar and not knowing if he will be coming back or not.
How will he settle this matter?

If your company is professional you will be informed and given a period for job hunting. That also possible if your company willing to give NOC and transfer visa.
