only few things in mind, is this flight ticket yearly for all of ur family member? for medical assistance u should ask for a good health insurance, not standard gov health card. it will make ur life easier. so gud luck with ur decision

expect a rang of 30k - 40K qr a year per kid for schooling.
24k per month for a high standard villa.
