Job Offer: can i save anything

Hi,
I got an offer from a Qatar based company. offer states below salary and other free additions provided by employer
Salary: 3000 QR
Food : 250 QR
Car
Fuel charges
Mobile with Sim
recharge
Room(shared by three person)
Electricity bill
water bill.
Air ticket
please advice, is it sufficient. Can i save anything?

This is an average type offer. More advice could be given if your Job Title/Scope was known.Much more important is the fact that you cannot change Jobs here once you take up this offer. There is a 2 year waiting period once you leave this job and try to take up another. That should be of more concern to you I would imagine...
I would not say the offer is bad, especially if you have none else. You can save 2000 QR per month, which is 28000 per month. But I think software companies in India is paying in this range at least now.
Yes, it's true. The offer is quite low. you need to struggle to save. You need consider below facts while taking offers at this level;
= Your age and qualification
= Is there any scope for growth in same company for getting into higher levels
= How reputed this company is?
= Which type of management (Family OR Professional) this company have?
= Are you going to learn any thing that will add value to your profile?
= Are you willing to re-locate after some period say, 3 years something, in case you are not finding this as a suitable, growth oriented job?
Above some quick questions to askk to make up the mind.
